TWC SSN

Employee's Social Security number (SSN), submitted in the TWC SSN-level amounts paid file submitted by employers. Per TWC, employers file two items each quarter: 1) summary-level data on employers for the quarter; and 2) SSN-level amounts paid to each worker during the quarter (this is the one which THECB receives). As part of the summary-level data, TWC asks employers to submit the total number of people on payroll on the 12th day of the 1st month of the quarter, the 12th day of the 2nd month of the quarter, and the 12th day of the 3rd month of the quarter.

TWC Wage

Employee wage per employer.

Waiver

Allows a student to pay a lesser rate of tuition than the student would normally pay. Waivers usually refer to tuition alone, rather than tuition and fees.

Waiver Impact Code - FAD

Enter the eligibility of the student to get aid (Exemption/Waiver code). Enter the tuition fee impact, whether it is thru the COA or financial aid. Enter the award amount or the fee amount charged.
